This policy explains what information Ministry Mode collects when you browse the store, place an order, or join the email list.

What we collect

• Order details: name, email, shipping address, phone (optional), items and totals.
• Order notes you add at checkout.
• Email address if you subscribe to the newsletter.
• Basic technical logs needed to run and secure the site.

Payments

Checkout is processed by Stripe. Card numbers, expiry dates, and security codes are entered on Stripe's hosted checkout and are never stored on our servers. We receive a payment status and the billing details required to fulfil and support the order.

How we use data

• To print, ship, and support your order.
• To send order confirmations, receipts, and tracking updates.
• To send marketing email only if you opted in (unsubscribe any time).
• To detect fraud and keep the store running.

Sharing

We share the minimum necessary with print and shipping partners, our payment processor (Stripe), and our email provider. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as needed for tax, accounting, and support. You can ask us to delete marketing data at any time.

Your choices

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. Email hello@ministrymode.store and we will respond within 30 days.

Cookies

The storefront uses local storage to remember your bag and a small number of cookies required for security and checkout. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
