Shipping & returns

Production time

Everything in the store is printed to order. Expect 2–4 business days of production before your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or holidays start the next business day. If a print partner is backlogged we email you with a new estimate rather than letting the order sit silently.

Shipping rates

• Standard (4–7 business days after production): $5.95
• Express (2–3 business days after production): $14.95
• Free standard shipping on US orders over $75
• Digital products: no shipping charge, delivered instantly

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Australia. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

A tracking link is emailed when your order leaves the printer. You can also look up status any time with your order number on the order tracking page.

30-day returns

Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Write to hello@ministrymode.store with your order number and what you'd like to change, and we'll send return instructions.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair or smoke.
• Defective prints or wrong items: we cover return shipping and reprint.
• Size exchanges: we issue a return label and you place a new order.
• Digital downloads are final sale once the file has been downloaded.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of the returned item arriving at our printer. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is our error.

Damaged or lost orders

If a package arrives damaged, send a photo within 14 days and we'll reprint it at no cost. If tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, contact us and we'll replace the order.
